At the NCL, Inc., Evergreen Chapter, we foster the mother-daughter relationship through a variety of different experiences: One of them is in Leadership Development.
Mentoring our daughters in leadership roles throughout a six year curriculum. We strive to empower them to become empathetic, community-minded leaders.
Some of the valuable skills they develop in fulfilling these roles include: planning and running grade level meetings, event planning, public speaking, cultural appreciation and etiquette.
And maybe most importantly, they build self-confidence by
stepping out of their comfort zone through serving others and their community.
